1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website georgetownemergencyplumbing.com, or by initiating a phone call to our 24/7 telephone dispatch number (737) 365-4567, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or telephone referral services.
2. Referral Service & Lead Generation Model
FTC Referral Disclosure & Business Model:
Georgetown Emergency Plumbing is a free advertising, referral, and emergency telephone dispatch connection network. We are NOT a plumbing contractor, master plumber, or home repair business.
We do not provide direct plumbing repair, drain cleaning, or leak diagnostic services. Instead, we connect property owners in Georgetown, Sun City, and Williamson County with independent third-party plumbing professionals. We may receive financial compensation, advertising fees, or referral commissions from participating independent contractors for calls and inquiries routed through our platform.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
All plumbing contractors, technicians, and repair personnel connected through our dispatch network are independent business entities and are not employees, partners, agents, or joint-venturers of Georgetown Emergency Plumbing.
- Licensing & Insurance: Each independent contractor is solely responsible for maintaining appropriate state licenses with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE), general liability insurance, and required municipal permits.
- Pricing & Contracts: All diagnostic fees, hourly rates, estimates, written quotes, warranties, and service agreements are negotiated directly between you and the dispatched contractor prior to work commencing.
- Dispute Settlement: Any dispute regarding workmanship, property damage, parts failure, billing disputes, or contractor conduct must be resolved directly with the independent contractor who performed the service.
4. No Performance Guarantees or Warranties
Georgetown Emergency Plumbing makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding:
- Contractor response times or exact arrival windows (30–45 minute estimates are subject to contractor availability, traffic, and weather).
- The pricing, completeness, quality, or fitness for purpose of any services or parts provided by independent contractors.
- That telephone dispatch operators or independent contractors will be available at all times without interruption.
THIS WEBSITE AND REFERRAL SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GEORGETOWN EMERGENCY PLUMBING, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OPERATORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, DISPATCHED CONTRACTOR WORK, WATER INTRUSION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DELAYED ARRIVAL.
6. Telephonic Communications & Call Recording
By calling (737) 365-4567, you acknowledge and consent that all inbound and outbound telephone calls may be recorded, monitored, and analyzed for quality assurance, compliance, and dispatch management. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your emergency situation and location.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
